Service · Link building & authority

Link building Morocco. Links Google counts. Not links it ignores.

A good link isn't measured in DR. It's measured by its ability to rank a page that needed it. We work with Moroccan press, sector portals, professional associations, universities, and digital PR — with calibrated volume, natural anchors, and sources recognized as sources.

Why link building is different

A backlink isn't a KPI. It's a vote.

Google never counted links — it always weighted the trust of the sources emitting them. A link from Le Matin or L'Economiste is worth fifty from anonymous directories. A link from a page on the same topic is worth ten from a page on something else. A well-placed link in mid-content is worth a hundred links in a generic footer.

The source's trustA link from a domain recognized as a source in your sector (specialized press, institutional authority, university, chamber of commerce) transmits far more authority than a generic link at the same DR.
Topical relevanceA link from a page about your topic, in content that makes sense, is weighted 10 to 50× more than an off-topic link. The best links are those that would have existed even without a link-building operation.
Editorial placementA link in the body of an article, surrounded by text about the same topic, mid-paragraph, beats any footer, sidebar, or partners-list link.
Absence of manipulative signalsGoogle detects PBNs, mass exchanges, over-optimized anchors, abnormal velocity patterns. A healthy link profile looks natural — because it is.

Five quality criteria

A good link, a bad link. Five signals that decide.

Before acquiring, we audit every opportunity against five criteria. If four out of five don't pass, we decline — even if the link is "free" or "already negotiated".

01

Source authority

Good

Domain referenced as a source in your sector, real organic traffic, quality upstream backlinks.

Bad

Unknown domain, zero traffic, 1:1 outbound profile (sells 100 % of its links).

02

Topical relevance

Good

Site regularly covering your topic, page specifically related to your target content.

Bad

Generalist multi-niche site, off-topic article mentioning your brand for no reason.

03

Link placement

Good

Mid-article editorial, surrounded by relevant text, inside an article that lives in SEO.

Bad

Footer, sidebar, "our partners" page, 50-link list, generic marketing section.

04

Anchor & context

Good

Natural anchor (brand, URL, organic mention), varied context, no detectable pattern.

Bad

Repeated exact-match anchor, same commercial keywords every link, recognizable pattern.

05

Technical signals

Good

Follow without unwarranted UGC/sponsored attribute, HTTPS, no redirect chain, in Google's index.

Bad

Mass nofollow, redirect chains, non-indexed page, robots.txt blocked.

Our 6 link-building levers

Six ways to earn links that count.

No universal template. Depending on your sector, maturity, and budget, we combine two to four of these six levers.

01

Editorial press articles

Sponsored or editorial articles in Moroccan press (Le Matin, L'Economiste, Médias24, TelQuel, Challenge, Maroc Hebdo) and international sector media. Negotiation, brief, writing, validation.

02

Digital PR & campaigns

Sector studies, data stories, free tools, annual reports. Produce organic links from sources otherwise impossible to reach — and generate traffic in passing.

03

Institutional link-building

Chambers of commerce, professional associations (CGEM, AMPLM, FNM, unions), ONMT, universities, professional orders. High-authority links, often free or low-cost, requiring only legitimacy.

04

Competitive link gap

Analyze domains pointing to competitors but not to you. We identify accessible sources, then negotiate editorial placement — reproducing the link profile of SERP leaders.

05

Broken link building

Identify broken links on high-authority pages pointing to vanished resources. We offer your replacement content — win-win with the publisher.

06

Sector partnerships

Co-content with non-competing actors from the same ecosystem (suppliers, clients, tech partners, media partners). Cross-interviews, joint studies, guest podcasts.

Our process

Prospect, negotiate, place, verify. Every link goes through all four.

No automated purchasing, no platform with 10,000 shady sites. Each link is manually prospected, validated against our 5 quality criteria, negotiated individually.

  1. 01

    Prospecting

We identify 30 to 100 opportunities per mission depending on sector and goals. Quality filter: 50 to 70 % get discarded before we even send an email.

  2. 02

    Outreach & negotiation

Personalized emails, no generic templates. Negotiation of placement, anchor, context. Editorial brief validation before any production.

  3. 03

    Writing & placement

If sponsored article: writing by an SEO writer of the full article around your link, not just a paragraph. If digital PR: production of shareable content.

  4. 04

    Verification & reporting

Google indexation check at D+30 and D+90, monitoring of changes (switch to nofollow, link removal, context modification). Transparent monthly reporting.

FAQ

What decision-makers ask before ordering a link-building mission.

Six answers to frame your project before the first exchange.

How long before links produce results?
A new link starts being counted by Google between 2 and 8 weeks after indexation. The cumulative effect on positions appears between 3 and 9 months depending on velocity (links per month), source quality, and target-page content quality. Link building is the longest SEO lever — and the most durable.
Do you use PBNs or link exchanges?
No. Zero PBN (Private Blog Network), zero reciprocal A→B / B→A exchange, zero raw use of platforms like SEMjuice / Rocketlinks. We build each link manually on real sources. If a source proposes an exchange, we decline.
How many links per month do you recommend?
Between 4 and 15 depending on your SEO maturity. A young site with little content doesn't absorb 15 links/month without looking manipulated. A mature site with 100+ pillar pages can absorb much more. We calibrate velocity to your context and history.
Can I see links before they're placed?
Yes. Every opportunity is validated with you before placement: domain name, proposed target URL, anchor, context. You can decline a source — we'll propose an alternative. However, we don't share the link list with competitors (profile confidentiality).
Do you work on international (EN) link-building?
Yes, for clients targeting English-speaking audiences (export, SaaS, international e-commerce, tourism). We obtain links on English-language sector press, startup/SaaS portals, expert blogs, and international universities. Slower volume, higher quality, higher unit cost.
What if a link is removed or switched to nofollow?
We detect it within 90 days (D+30 and D+90 check). If it's our fault (brief not respected, placement not held), we replace it for free. If the publisher changed its policy (e.g. site-wide switch to nofollow), we inform you and discuss replacement.
