SEO Operations Workspace
An internal workspace to drive SEO: Search Console, GA4, keywords, worklist, and rank tracking in one interface.
Interface tour
Nine screens, one workspace.
Every brick of the SEO workspace — dashboard, worklist, page analyzer, content generator, site audit, rank tracker, integrations.

The context
The project context.
A tool Yassinext built and uses internally for its own SEO missions. It connects Search Console, GA4, Semrush and content generation flows — turning search data into concrete actions rather than a rotation of scattered spreadsheets.
The SEO Operations Workspace is an internal tool Yassinext built and uses to drive its own SEO missions. The goal isn't commercial: it's to bring together in a single interface the data SEO teams open every day across a dozen different tabs — Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, tracking spreadsheets, content notes — and turn that data into concrete, tracked actions.
The main screen, the performance dashboard, gives an immediate view on the metrics that matter: organic clicks, impressions, average position, CTR and conversions. Data comes directly from Google Search Console for the connected property and from Google Analytics 4 for conversions. Each tile includes a sparkline, a delta versus the previous period, and a "live" indicator that confirms the connection is fresh. The 7, 28 and 90-day windows switch with one click.
The Optimization Worklist is the core of the workspace: a page list prioritized by impact. Every indexed page is classified — quick win, low CTR, missing content, needs refresh — with an impact and effort score. Teams work the list rather than picking pages on the fly, and can split it into per-owner Excel files then re-import assignments. This is what makes it possible to run a real SEO project without depending on a shared spreadsheet that drifts over the weeks.
The Page Analyzer takes a URL and audits it against target keywords, or lets Search Console suggest the queries the page could actually win. Two modes coexist: manual audit with your own keywords, or Keyword Opportunities that leverages 90 days of GSC history to surface quick wins, low-CTR queries and missing terms on the page — without needing to bring the keyword list yourself.

The strategic reading.
The Content Generator embeds presets by page type — Product, Category, Brand — that automatically load the correct field lengths, guardrails and hidden prompt. Target keywords can be suggested through Claude and then verified for volume via the Semrush API before final generation. The result is a brief ready to hand off to a writer or an LLM, calibrated to the page type.
Rank Tracking follows chosen positions over time. Add keywords one per line, group them, choose 15 or 30 days or 3-month windows. Tiles surface keywords in the Top 10, improvement versus the previous period, and total impressions. The table details position, change, clicks, impressions and CTR per query.
Site Audit runs a crawl with an explicit limit (10 to 10,000 pages) with an optional Lighthouse pass for Core Web Vitals sampling. Every previous audit stays available with its date and status, which makes it possible to compare two crawls of the same site a few weeks apart.
Technically, the workspace is private and local-first: each instance connects its owner's accounts (GSC, GA4, Semrush) and shares nothing with a common pool. Integrations are managed from a dedicated Settings panel, with explicit disconnect per service and Semrush unit-saving mode enforced by default. It's a tool designed for operators — analysts, editors, SEO consultants — rather than a dashboard for decision-makers who just watch.

Frequently asked questions
The questions we get asked.
- Is the workspace publicly available?
- No. It's an internal Yassinext tool, built for its own SEO missions. Access is granted per team, on invitation, and each instance connects its owner's accounts.
- What data is shared with any third party?
- None. The workspace only reads data from the Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Semrush accounts connected by the instance owner. There's no shared data pool across workspaces.
- Can it be used on any site?
- Yes, provided you connect a valid Search Console property and a valid GA4 stream. The workspace automatically adapts to the active property and reads the last 90 days of available history.
